Since reports are designed to print, Access provides you with the flexibility to add page breaks into the report design. Add a page break by
clicking the Page Break button
in the toolbox and then clicking the report design where you want to insert the page break.
Consider carefully where in the design to put the page break. If you put a page break in the Detail section you will end up with a page for every record.
That is not usually what you want! It usually makes sense to put a page break at the end of one of the Footer sections.
Probably one of the field footer sections (such as Company Footer or Project Description Footer). This way your report will start a new page after every grouping of data.
